On behalf of an owner’s representative, we lead scheduling and risk analysis for a mixed-use development project exceeding $500M, which spans over 1M square feet and includes both civil and vertical construction managed by multiple contractors.


We review the construction contractor’s schedule updates to ensure accuracy and reliability while proactively identifying risks. Through our master scheduling efforts, we reduce our client’s exposure to cost and time impacts.


As a result, during over 3 years of active construction, the project experienced zero owner delays.
